四、LYSLJ-200高压验电器计量校准装置试验装置的阐述

根据DL740-2014标(biao)准,10KV~35KV,采用的均(jun)压(ya)(ya)环(huan)直(zhi)径(jing)为550mm,均(jun)匀环(huan)圆心到地(di)距(ju)离不低于(yu)1.5m,均(jun)压(ya)(ya)球直(zhi)径(jing)为60mm。而66KV~330KV采用的均(jun)压(ya)(ya)环(huan)直(zhi)径(jing)为1050mm,均(jun)匀环(huan)圆心到地(di)距(ju)离不低于(yu)2.5m,均(jun)压(ya)(ya)球直(zhi)径(jing)为100mm。固本套(tao)设(she)备分(fen)为2个装(zhuang)置。

做10KV~35KV验(yan)电器试验(yan)时(shi)采用均压环直(zhi)径为(wei)550mm的(de)装置,做35KV~500KV验(yan)电器试验(yan)采用均压环直(zhi)径为(wei)1050mm的(de)装置。

验(yan)电器分带接触(chu)电极延长,和不带接触(chu)电极延长2种,两种验(yan)电器的试验(yan)方法(fa)也不相(xiang)同(tong)。

验电器(qi)功(gong)能检测(ce)(ce)分验电器(qi)启(qi)动(dong)检测(ce)(ce)、同向干扰检测(ce)(ce)、反向干扰检测(ce)(ce)。启(qi)动(dong)电压报警在标称值的15%~40%为合格,否则验电器(qi)不合格。

五 、LYSLJ-200高压验电器计量校准装置验电器功能检测的试验方法

1、验电(dian)器启动电(dian)压的试验

器动电压(ya)的(de)测量接线

如上图(tu)所示为2中(zhong)验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)启动电(dian)(dian)压的接线图(tu),左(zuo)图(tu)为带(dai)接触电(dian)(dian)极(ji)延(yan)长的验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi),右图(tu)为不带(dai)接触电(dian)(dian)极(ji)延(yan)长的验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。

这(zhei)里以35KV带(dai)接(jie)(jie)触电(dian)(dian)极延(yan)长(zhang)的(de)验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)为例(注(zhu):做启动电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)需配合升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)设(she)备):首先将带(dai)导轨的(de)试验(yan)平(ping)(ping)车(che)(che)(che)上(shang)(shang)中间平(ping)(ping)车(che)(che)(che)(安装有均(jun)(jun)(jun)压(ya)(ya)(ya)环)移(yi)(yi)动标(biao)有a1430mm(红色(se)带(dai)箭头)位置,平(ping)(ping)车(che)(che)(che)上(shang)(shang)的(de)标(biao)尺与平(ping)(ping)台上(shang)(shang)的(de)标(biao)尺对齐。然后接(jie)(jie)好地线包括2平(ping)(ping)车(che)(che)(che)底座、均(jun)(jun)(jun)压(ya)(ya)(ya)环及升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)设(she)备,将验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)固定在小平(ping)(ping)车(che)(che)(che)上(shang)(shang),同时(shi)将验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)抽(chou)出,然后移(yi)(yi)动小平(ping)(ping)车(che)(che)(che)使得(de)验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)穿过(guo)(guo)均(jun)(jun)(jun)压(ya)(ya)(ya)环,且(qie)(qie)验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)金属头与均(jun)(jun)(jun)压(ya)(ya)(ya)球接(jie)(jie)触保(bao)持即可,将升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)设(she)备的(de)高(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)导线接(jie)(jie)到(dao)(dao)均(jun)(jun)(jun)压(ya)(ya)(ya)球延(yan)长(zhang)杆上(shang)(shang),再接(jie)(jie)升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)设(she)备的(de)其他导线,试验(yan)人员(yuan)撤离(li)到(dao)(dao)安全区后合上(shang)(shang)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya),将升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)设(she)备均(jun)(jun)(jun)匀加(jia)压(ya)(ya)(ya)知道(dao)验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)发出报(bao)警(jing),马(ma)上(shang)(shang)停止(zhi)加(jia)压(ya)(ya)(ya),此(ci)(ci)时(shi)记录下高(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)数值,且(qie)(qie)比对数值是否落在35KV的(de)15%~40%内(5.25kv~14kv),是表明(ming)验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)启动电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)报(bao)警(jing)合格,否则(ze)此(ci)(ci)验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)不合格。其它规格的(de)验(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)启动电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)也是如此(ci)(ci),通(tong)过(guo)(guo)移(yi)(yi)动均(jun)(jun)(jun)压(ya)(ya)(ya)环平(ping)(ping)车(che)(che)(che)到(dao)(dao)指定位置即可。

同(tong)干(gan)扰的电(dian)场影响的接线

上图(tu)为2种(zhong)验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)同向干(gan)扰的(de)电(dian)(dian)场影(ying)响试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan),试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)步骤与验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)启(qi)动(dong)电(dian)(dian)压相似(si),首先(xian)移动(dong)导轨平(ping)(ping)车(che)到(dao)指定位置(平(ping)(ping)车(che)上有(you)标(biao)记),接(jie)好地(di)线,将均(jun)压球及均(jun)压环都接(jie)上高压,然后在进(jin)行升(sheng)压,将电(dian)(dian)压升(sheng)到(dao)验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)标(biao)称值的(de)0.4倍或0.45倍的(de)电(dian)(dian)压后停(ting)止(zhi)加(jia)压,(比如10KV的(de)验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)电(dian)(dian)压升(sheng)到(dao)4000V),如此(ci)时验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有(you)报警说明此(ci)验(yan)(yan)(yan)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)合格,否则(ze)为不(bu)合格。

相干扰电(dian)场影(ying)响的接线

上(shang)图为2种验(yan)电器反向干扰的电场影(ying)响试验(yan),试验(yan)步骤与验(yan)电器启(qi)动电压(ya)相似,首(shou)先(xian)移动导轨(gui)平(ping)(ping)车到指定位(wei)置(zhi)(平(ping)(ping)车上(shang)有(you)标记),接(jie)好(hao)地线(xian),均压(ya)球(qiu)也接(jie)地,而高压(ya)线(xian)接(jie)在均压(ya)环上(shang),然后(hou)在进(jin)行升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya),将电压(ya)升(sheng)(sheng)到验(yan)电器标称(cheng)值(zhi)的0.6倍电压(ya)时(shi)(shi)停止加压(ya),(比如(ru)10KV的验(yan)电器电压(ya)升(sheng)(sheng)到6000V),如(ru)此时(shi)(shi)验(yan)电器没有(you)报警说明(ming)此验(yan)电器合格(ge),否则为不合格(ge)。

 六、注意(yi)事项。

1、本设备必须配合升压(ya)变压(ya)器方可(ke)试验。

2、装置底座(zuo)需接地

3、保持(chi)装置干净(jing),定期(qi)护理在导(dao)轨上(shang)(shang)涂上(shang)(shang)润滑油。

一、产品(pin)概述

LYYD高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)成(cheng)套装置是(shi)在同(tong)类产(chan)品YDJ(G)型高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)基础上(shang),按试(shi)验(yan)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)国(guo)家标准ZBK41006—89要求,经改进后生产(chan)的(de)一种(zhong)新型产(chan)品,本系(xi)列产(chan)品具有体积(ji)小、重量轻、结构紧凑、功(gong)能齐(qi)全、使用方便(bian)等(deng)(deng)特点。实用于(yu)电力、工(gong)矿、科研(yan)等(deng)(deng)部(bu)门,对(dui)各种(zhong)高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)电气(qi)设备、电气(qi)元(yuan)件、绝(jue)缘材(cai)料进行工(gong)频(pin)耐压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)和直(zhi)流泄漏试(shi)验(yan),是(shi)高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)中必(bi)不可少的(de)仪器(qi)。

二、产品结构

LYYD高压试验成套装置铁芯为单框(kuang)式(shi)。线圈采(cai)用同(tong)芯圆(yuan)筒多层塔式(shi)结构(gou),初(chu)级低压绕组绕在铁芯上(shang),次级高压绕组绕在低压绕组外(wai)侧,这种同(tong)轴(zhou)布(bu)置减少了绕组间的藕合损耗。高压硅堆用特殊工艺(yi)封装在套管内,产品的外(wai)壳(qiao)制成与器芯配(pei)合较(jiao)佳的八角形结构(gou),整体外(wai)型美(mei)观大方。其内外(wai)部结构(gou)见图1。

三、工作原理

LYYD系列(lie)轻型高压(ya)试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)为单(dan)相变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),联结组标号II。单(dan)台高压(ya)试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)工作过程,用交流220V(10KVA以(yi)上为380V)电压(ya)接入电源控制(zhi)箱(xiang)(台),经(jing)电源控制(zhi)箱(xiang)(台)内自藕(ou)调压(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50KVA以(yi)上调压(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))调节0~200V(10KVA以(yi)上0~400V)电压(ya)至试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初级绕(rao)组,根据电磁感应原理,在试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高压(ya)绕(rao)组可(ke)获得试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高电压(ya)。其(qi)工作原理图见图2所示。

在试验变压(ya)(ya)器中:a、x为(wei)低压(ya)(ya)输入端;A、X 为(wei)高(gao)压(ya)(ya)输出端;E、F为(wei)仪表测(ce)量端。

2、单(dan)台交(jiao)直流(liu)两用(yong)型高(gao)(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)试验变压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)工作原(yuan)理(li)见图3。图中所示(shi):高(gao)(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)套(tao)管内(nei)装(zhuang)有高(gao)(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作高(gao)(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)整流(liu),以获得直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)电压(ya)(ya)(ya)。当用(yong)一短路(lu)杆(gan)将高(gao)(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆短接时,可获得交(jiao)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)电压(ya)(ya)(ya),其状态为交(jiao)流(liu)输出(chu);反之在抽出(chu)短路(lu)杆(gan)时,其状态为直流(liu)输出(chu)。

3、三台(tai)(tai)高(gao)压(ya)(ya)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)串(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)激(ji)获得更高(gao)电压(ya)(ya)原理见图(tu)4,串(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)激(ji)高(gao)压(ya)(ya)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有(you)很(hen)大的(de)优越性(xing),因为整(zheng)(zheng)个试验(yan)(yan)(yan)装置由多个单台(tai)(tai)串(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)激(ji)式(shi)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)组(zu)成(cheng),单台(tai)(tai)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有(you)着(zhe)体积小、重量轻、便于(yu)运输(shu)的(de)特(te)点,它既可以(yi)串(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)接成(cheng)高(gao)出几倍(bei)的(de)单台(tai)(tai)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)输(shu)出电压(ya)(ya)组(zu)合使用,又(you)可以(yi)分开单独使用。整(zheng)(zheng)套试验(yan)(yan)(yan)装置投资小、经济(ji)实惠。图(tu)3所示:在(zai)三台(tai)(tai)串(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)激(ji)式(shi)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)串(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)激(ji)使用中,单台(tai)(tai)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)B1、B2、B3的(de)输(shu)出电压(ya)(ya)都是U,**、二级(ji)(ji)的(de)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)内部都有(you)一个激(ji)磁(ci)绕组(zu),分别为A1、C1 和(he)A2、C2。当控制电压(ya)(ya)加在(zai)**级(ji)(ji)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)B1的(de)初(chu)(chu)级(ji)(ji)绕组(zu)a1、x1上,激(ji)磁(ci)绕组(zu)A1、C1给予试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)B2初(chu)(chu)级(ji)(ji)绕组(zu)供(gong)电,**级(ji)(ji)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)B2的(de)激(ji)磁(ci)绕组(zu)A2、C2给试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)B3的(de)初(chu)(chu)级(ji)(ji)绕组(zu)供(gong)电。由于(yu)**级(ji)(ji)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)B1的(de)高(gao)压(ya)(ya)尾及壳体接地,**、三级(ji)(ji)的(de)试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)B2和(he)B3对地有(you)绝缘支架的(de)隔离,这(zhei)样试验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)B1、B2、B3对地输(shu)出电压(ya)(ya)分别为1U、2U、3U。

B1、B2、B3- 串激式(shi)高压(ya)(ya)变压(ya)(ya)器;1U、2U、3U-各级(ji)对(dui)地(di)电压(ya)(ya);

PV- 高压示值表(KV); ZJ1、ZJ2-绝缘支(zhi)架。

四(si)、使用方法及注意事项    

1、LYYD高(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)变(bian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)做(zuo)工频(pin)(pin)耐压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)使用接线(xian)方法见图5。做(zuo)工频(pin)(pin)耐压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)前(qian),先根据(ju)(ju)试(shi)验(yan)变(bian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)额定容量(liang)选(xuan)择好限流电阻(zu)(zu)(zu),(水电阻(zu)(zu)(zu))的(de)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值,再根据(ju)(ju)被试(shi)品(pin)需加(jia)的(de)高(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)电压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)值调整好放电球隙的(de)球间(jian)距,为了提(ti)高(gao)对被试(shi)品(pin)施(shi)加(jia)电压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)测(ce)量(liang)精度,应在高(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)侧接入FRC阻(zu)(zu)(zu)容分压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)来测(ce)量(liang)电压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

R1、R2- 限(xian)流电阻; Qx- 放电球隙; Zx- 被试品;

FRC- 阻容分(fen)压(ya)器(qi); V- 分(fen)压(ya)器(qi)高压(ya)表。 

按照图(tu)4、结(jie)合图(tu)2所进行(xing)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)频耐压(ya)试(shi)验接(jie)好工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)线(xian)路,试(shi)验变压(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)高压(ya)绕阻的(de)(de)X端(高压(ya)尾)、仪表测(ce)量绕组的(de)(de)F端、试(shi)验变压(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)壳(qiao)以及(ji)电源控制箱(台)的(de)(de)外(wai)壳(qiao)必须可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

用三台(tai)试(shi)验(yan)(yan)变压器(qi)串激做工频耐压试(shi)验(yan)(yan)时、**、三级试(shi)验(yan)(yan)变压器(qi)的(de)(de)初级绕组X端,仪表测(ce)量(liang)绕组的(de)(de)F端,以及高压绕组的(de)(de)X端(高压尾)均接(jie)(jie)本级试(shi)验(yan)(yan)变压器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)壳,**、三级试(shi)验(yan)(yan)变压器(qi)的(de)(de)主体(ti)必须放置在(zai)绝缘(yuan)支(zhi)架(jia)上。除**级以外(wai)、**、三级试(shi)验(yan)(yan)变压器(qi)的(de)(de)主体(ti)不要接(jie)(jie)地(di)线。其接(jie)(jie)线方式(shi)见图3所示(shi)。

接(jie)(jie)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)前,电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)控(kong)制箱(台(tai))的(de)调(diao)压(ya)器必须(xu)调(diao)到零(ling)位。接(jie)(jie)通电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)后(hou),绿色指示(shi)(shi)灯亮,按一(yi)下(xia)启(qi)动按钮,红色指示(shi)(shi)灯亮,表(biao)示(shi)(shi)试验变压(ya)器已接(jie)(jie)通控(kong)制电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),开始升压(ya)。

从(cong)零位开(kai)始按(an)顺时针方向匀(yun)速(su)(su)旋转调(diao)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)手轮升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)。(升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)方式有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)法,即20S逐级升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)法,慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)法,即60S逐级升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)法,极慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)法供选(xuan)用)电压(ya)(ya)从(cong)零开(kai)始按(an)选(xuan)定的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)额定试(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验电压(ya)(ya)的75%后,再以每秒2%额定试(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验电压(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)试(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验电压(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意(yi)测量仪(yi)表的指示(shi)以及(ji)被(bei)(bei)试(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品的情况,被(bei)(bei)试(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品施(shi)加电压(ya)(ya)的时间到后。应在数秒内匀(yun)速(su)(su)将调(diao)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)返回,高压(ya)(ya)降至1/3试(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验电压(ya)(ya)以下,按(an)一下停止(zhi)按(an)钮,高压(ya)(ya)、低压(ya)(ya)输出停止(zhi),然后切(qie)断电源线(xian),试(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验完毕(bi)。

工频耐压试验(yan)操作过(guo)程注意事(shi)项

1、试(shi)验人员应做好(hao)责任分(fen)工(gong),设(she)定好(hao)试(shi)验现场(chang)的安(an)全距(ju)离(li),仔(zi)细检查好(hao)被(bei)试(shi)品及试(shi)验变(bian)压器(qi)的接(jie)地情(qing)况,并(bing)设(she)有专人监护安(an)全及观(guan)察(cha)被(bei)试(shi)品状态工(gong)作。

2、被试(shi)品主要部位(wei)应清理干净(jing),保持(chi)优良(liang)干燥,以免损坏被试(shi)品和带来试(shi)验(yan)数值的误差。

3、对大型设备(bei)的(de)试(shi)验,一般(ban)都应先(xian)进行(xing)试(shi)验变压(ya)器(qi)的(de)空升试(shi)验,即(ji)不接试(shi)品(pin)时(shi)升压(ya)至试(shi)验电压(ya),以便校对好仪表的(de)指示精度,调整好放电球(qiu)(qiu)隙的(de)球(qiu)(qiu)间距。

4、做耐(nai)压(ya)(ya)试(shi)验时升压(ya)(ya)速(su)度不(bu)能过快,并防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)(ran)(ran)加压(ya)(ya),例如调压(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在零位的突(tu)(tu)然(ran)(ran)(ran)合(he)闸,也不(bu)能突(tu)(tu)然(ran)(ran)(ran)断(duan)电,一般应(ying)在调压(ya)(ya)器降至零位时分闸。

5、在(zai)升压(ya)(ya)或耐压(ya)(ya)试验过程(cheng)中,如发现下列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)况,1 电(dian)压(ya)(ya)、电(dian)流表指针摆动(dong)很大,2 被试品发出(chu)不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)响声(sheng),3 发现绝(jue)缘(yuan)有烧焦或冒烟现象,应立即降压(ya)(ya),切断电(dian)源,停止试验并(bing)查明原因。

6、使用本产品(pin)做高(gao)压试验时(shi),除熟悉本说明书(shu)外,还必须严格执(zhi)行国家有关标准和(he)操(cao)作规程。

2、YDQ交直流两用高(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)做直流耐压(ya)(ya)和泄(xie)漏试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)使用接(jie)线方(fang)法见图5。由于是交直流两用高(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi),应把高(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)硅堆短路杆从套管中抽出(chu),使试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)为(wei)(wei)直流输出(chu)状态。做直流泄(xie)漏试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)前,先根据泄(xie)漏试(shi)验(yan)(yan)(yan)中输出(chu)端断(duan)路电(dian)流不(bu)超过高(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)(de)*大整流为(wei)(wei)宜,选(xuan)择好限流电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(水(shui)电(dian)阻(zu)(zu))的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值,再根据被试(shi)品对(dui)直流高(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)波形的(de)(de)(de)要求选(xuan)择好高(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)滤波电(dian)容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)容(rong)值。为(wei)(wei)了提(ti)高(gao)(gao)对(dui)被试(shi)品施加电(dian)压(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)测量精(jing)度(du),应在高(gao)(gao)压(ya)(ya)侧接(jie)入(ru)FRC阻(zu)(zu)容(rong)分压(ya)(ya)器(qi)来测量电(dian)压(ya)(ya)。 

R- 限流电阻; C- 高压滤波电容; Zx- 被试品; G- 硅堆短路杆;

FRC- 阻容分压(ya)器;V- 分压(ya)器高压(ya)表;uA- 微安表;D- 高压(ya)整流硅堆。

按照图(tu)5、结合图(tu)3所进行(xing)的(de)(de)直(zhi)流(liu)泄漏(lou)试(shi)验(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作线路。试(shi)验(yan)(yan)变(bian)压器(qi)的(de)(de)高(gao)压绕组(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)压尾)、仪表测(ce)量绕组(zu)的(de)(de)F 端(duan)、试(shi)验(yan)(yan)变(bian)压器(qi)的(de)(de)外壳以及(ji)电源(yuan)控制箱(台)的(de)(de)外壳必须可靠接(jie)地。

接(jie)电(dian)源(yuan)前、电(dian)源(yuan)控制箱(xiang)(台)的调压器必(bi)须(xu)调到零(ling)位(wei)。接(jie)通(tong)电(dian)源(yuan)后,绿色指示灯(deng)亮(liang),按(an)(an)一下启动按(an)(an)钮,红(hong)色指示灯(deng)亮(liang),表(biao)示试验变压器已接(jie)通(tong)控制电(dian)源(yuan),开始升压。

从零位(wei)开始按(an)顺时针(zhen)方(fang)向匀速旋转调压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手轮升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。(升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法即(ji)20S逐(zhu)级升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60S逐(zhu)级升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;级慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供选用(yong))电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)从零开始按(an)选定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)速度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需额(e)定(ding)(ding)试(shi)(shi)验(yan)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)或额(e)定(ding)(ding)直流(liu)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)下(xia)的(de)参考电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。试(shi)(shi)验(yan)中应严密注意直流(liu)高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表、泄漏电(dian)(dian)流(liu)表指示以(yi)及被(bei)试(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)情(qing)况。试(shi)(shi)验(yan)完毕后(hou),应讯速均匀将高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降至零位(wei),按(an)一下(xia)停止按(an)钮,高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、低压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)输出(chu)停止,然后(hou)切断电(dian)(dian)源。此时应用(yong)直流(liu)高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)放(fang)**给被(bei)试(shi)(shi)品(pin)及试(shi)(shi)验(yan)装(zhuang)置本身充分放(fang)电(dian)(dian)。

直(zhi)流泄(xie)漏试(shi)验操作过程注(zhu)意事(shi)项(xiang)

(1)试验人员应做好责任分工,设定好试验现场的安全距离,仔细检查好被试品及试验变压器的接地情况,并设有专人监护安全及观察被试品状态工作。
(2)被试品做试验前,应拆除所有对外连线,并充分放电,主要部位应清理干净,保持优良干燥,以免损坏被试品及带来试验数值的误差。
(3)对于大容量试品(电容器、超长电缆等)试验时应缓慢升压,防止被试品的充电电流过大而烧坏微安表,必要时应分级加压分别读取各电压下微安表的稳定读数。
(4)试验过程中,应严密监视被试品、微安表及试验装置等,一旦发生闪烁、击穿等现象应立即降压,切断电源,并查明原因。

六、主(zhu)要(yao)试验(yan)设备(bei)的(de)选择(ze)

1、试验变压器
其高压侧额定电压应不小于被试品的*高试验电压,额定电流不小于被试品的*大电容电流。被试品的电容电流和试验变压器所需容量计算式为:

被(bei)试品电(dian)容量Cx可由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)电(dian)桥测(ce)出。常用的被(bei)试品电(dian)容量按表1选(xuan)取。

2、调压设备

(1)自(zi)藕(ou)调(diao)压(ya)器。其调(diao)压(ya)范围广、功(gong)率(lv)损耗(hao)小、波形畸(ji)变(bian)小、选择(ze)这种调(diao)压(ya)方式为(wei)*好(hao)。自(zi)藕(ou)调(diao)压(ya)器的(de)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)按0.75 ~ 1倍的(de)试验变(bian)压(ya)器的(de)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)选择(ze),适用于容(rong)量(liang)(liang)为(wei)100KVA以下的(de)试验变(bian)压(ya)器的(de)调(diao)压(ya)。

(2)感应调压(ya)器。其调压(ya)范围大,波形畸(ji)形小、但结(jie)构复杂、价格较贵,当(dang)试验变压(ya)器的容量(liang)较大时(shi)(如100KVA以上)使用。

3、限流(liu)电(dian)阻

限流电阻的作用是,当被试品击穿时,限制断路电流,从而保护试验变压器,防止故障的扩大。其数值以*高试验电压为准,按0.5 ~ 1 Ω / V(有效值)选择,限流电阻可用水电阻。注意水不能充满玻璃管,应留有余地,以防爆裂。
4、放电球隙

放电(dian)(dian)球(qiu)(qiu)隙(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)布置方式(shi)有垂直和水平两种,球(qiu)(qiu)隙(xi)(xi)间距S和球(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)直径D的(de)(de)(de)关(guan)系应保(bao)护在0.05D ≤S ≤0.5D范围(wei)内(nei),球(qiu)(qiu)隙(xi)(xi)上的(de)(de)(de)水电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)阻(zu)值一(yi)般(ban)按0.1 ~ 1Ω/V选取,设置放电(dian)(dian)球(qiu)(qiu)隙(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)是为了对重要的(de)(de)(de)被试(shi)品起保(bao)护作用,可(ke)以将由于(yu)误操作或被试(shi)品击穿引(yin)起的(de)(de)(de)过电(dian)(dian)压限制在允许(xu)的(de)(de)(de)范围(wei)内(nei)。
